If the game would have shown Amanda some other places searching other than just the library shelves, maybe I would believe that Amanda was searching just as hard for Sir Peter as Jennifer was. XD;; But throughout the whole time I was running after it, I didn't see her anywhere . . . and when I come back . . . She's still in that same area! @_@
They could have at least showed her in some different places, standing in the hallway or something . . . Like Eleanor was in Bird of Happiness . . . Then I wouldn't blame her. XD But until then, she seems lazy to me!! XD

i didn't even think about the eleanor thing. well amanda's clearly none too bright/stable. in her own mind, maybe, she felt that she had searched just as hard as jennifer? maybe jennifer should have just bashed her over the head with the sack and made a run for it.

Well, in Amanda's defense, she didn't have a trail of feathers to follow like Eleanor did, or a dog to show her where to go like Jennifer.

well at least we saw her scouring the place for clues or something or she should've provide jen with some clues not just crouching around and just waiting something to happen

Much good that did her - she ultimately got de-moted on the ranks. Jennifer up a level.

i don't think the game creators put a whole lot of thought into the actual gameplay and what happened imbetween cut scenes. not that i'm complaining, i just don't think that amanda crouching on the floor was a complete indication that she was a lazy reward-mongering sod, but just another opportunity missed. i would have liked better clues, and not just from the bucket knight, more missions, and more character interaction, not just seeing a vague conversation between a couple of people here and there.

I never got the impression she was just a lazy slob. I do believe that she was a little slow with very low self esteem.

- She was great at sewing, showing that she wasn’t lazy, at least in something she liked. - If you read her diary she gets really scary. At the end of what you read, she wanted all the others kids to die. And Jennifer to suffer before dieing.

Amanda's a hard worker. She's always trying to gain respect and recognition from her abusers. And it's no surprise that Amanda's a little off kilter. She's been through a lot under the RoR herself. Jen didn't fair much better, Stray Dog or not.

True, she IS a hard worker.....but still disturbed in my book.

Poor Amanda. She was probably so scared that Jennifer would rise through the ranks and start to treat her the same as Diana and company that she figured she'd cut her losses and be mean to Jenny first.

Bullying Jen was the only form of control Amanda has, what being at the bottom of the ladder. She's not likely to give up her only chance at any form of control.
