Hmmm, now that I was going back over my old CD collection, does anyone else think that "Build Me Up Buttercup" was written for Meg?
Why do you build me up (build me up) Buttercup, baby Just to let me down (let me down) and mess me around And then worst of all (worst of all) you never call, baby When you say you will (say you will) but I love you still I need you (I need you) more than anyone, darlin' You know that I have from the start So build me up (build me up) Buttercup, don't break my heart
"I'll be over at ten", you told me time and again But you're late, I wait around and then (bah dah dah) I run to the door, I can't take any more It's not you, you let me down again
(Hey, hey, hey!) Baby, baby, try to find (Hey, hey, hey!) A little time, and I'll make you happy (Hey, hey, hey!) I'll be home I'll be beside the phone waiting for you Ooo-oo-ooo, ooo-oo-ooo
You were my toy but I could be the boy you adore If you'd just let me know (bah dah dah) Although you're untrue, I'm attracted to you all the more Why do I need you so
(Hey, hey, hey!) Baby, baby, try to find (Hey, hey, hey!) A little time and I'll make you happy (Hey, hey, hey!) I'll be home I'll be beside the phone waiting for you Ooo-oo-ooo, ooo-oo-ooo
I-I-I need you-oo-oo more than anyone, baby You know that I have from the start So build me up (build me up) Buttercup, don't break my heart

I can see 'The Trick is to Keep Breathing' by Garbage, as a song by Meg, about Diana. And possibly mentions of Gregory or Hoffman, for the "he" taking things out on people? Who knows. But, /anyway/. "The Trick Is To Keep Breathing"
She's not the kind of girl Who likes to tell the world About the way she feels about herself She takes a little time in making up her mind She doesn't want to fight against the tide
And lately I'm not the only one I say never trust anyone
Always the one who has to drag her down Maybe you'll get what you want this time around
Can't bear to face the truth So sick he cannot move And when it hurts he takes it out on you
And lately I'm not the only one I say never trust anyone
Always the one who has to drag her down Maybe you'll get what you want this time around
The trick is to keep breathing
She knows the human heart And how to read the stars Now everything's about to fall apart I won't be the one who's going to let you down Maybe you'll get what you want this time around I won't be the one who's going to let you down Maybe you'll get what you want this time around
The trick is to keep breathing

Perfect Star Perfect Style It's a really happy song that evokes images of the girl's playing around and stuff when they were young...Jennifer not being able to forget the times when she was young. listen to it here: myspace.com/linearmotorgirls
Perfect star
I still love, I can't tear myself away from what you said That day and that place are frozen in time, but I wonder if not meeting you is just ....
Even my outstretched hands can no longer reach you
Perfect Star
It's probably true, everything real about you being a perfect star Like the wind that you can't hold on to, a style that you can harmonize with easily
The truth is, I'm unwavering, and I just can't pull away I still gently carry in my arms that file that remains important to me
I still love, I can't tear myself away from what you said That day and that place are frozen in time, but I wonder if not meeting you is just ....
Even my outstretched hands can no longer reach you
Ah I can't tear myself away from what you said That day and that place are frozen in time, but I wonder if not meeting you is just ....
Even my outstretched hands can no longer reach you
Perfect Star
I might just make a video for this song...it may be too happy though XD

Stand My Ground by Within Temptation reminds me of Jen
I can see When you stay low nothing happens does it feel right? Late at night Things I thought I put behind me haunt my mind I just know theirs no escape now once its set its eyes on you but I won`t run have to look it in the eye Stand my ground I won`t give in The more annoying I`ve got to face it or close my eyes and hide the truth itself If I don`t make it someone else will stand my ground

whoever it was who brought up elephant woman, my deepest thanks go out to you for introducing me to the wonderful band that is blond redhead.
seasons by beth gibbons causes jen post revelation to spring to mind... plus the melody kinda fits the mood of RoR.
Let the show begin It's a sorry sight Let it all deceive Now I'm Pains in me that I've never found
Let the show begin Let the clouds roll There's a life to be found in this world And now I see it's all but a game That we hope to achieve What we can What we will What we did suddenly
But it's all just a show A time for us and the words we'll never know And daylight comes and fades with the tide And I'm here to stay
But it's all just a show A time for us and the words we'll never know And daylight comes and fades with the tide I'm here to stay

This fits Jennifer in some ways or less. Makes me question her sanity. It also reminds me of Gregory losing his son, and the rest of the children of the orphanage.
Zombie- The Cranberries Another head hangs lowly, Child is slowly taken. And the violence caused such silence, Who are we mistaken?
But you see, it's not me, it's not my family. In your head, in your head they are fighting, With their tanks and their bombs, And their bombs and their guns. In your head, in your head, they are crying...
In your head, in your head, Zombie, zombie, zombie, Hey, hey, hey. What's in your head, In your head, Zombie, zombie, zombie? Hey, hey, hey, hey, oh, dou, dou, dou, dou, dou...
Another mother's breakin', Heart is taking over. When the vi'lence causes silence, We must be mistaken.
It's the same old theme since nineteen-sixteen. In your head, in your head they're still fighting, With their tanks and their bombs, And their bombs and their guns. In your head, in your head, they are dying...
In your head, in your head, Zombie, zombie, zombie, Hey, hey, hey. What's in your head, In your head, Zombie, zombie, zombie? Hey, hey, hey, hey, oh, oh, oh, Oh, oh, oh, oh, hey, oh, ya, ya-a...
