The first imp you encounter is hunched and cries just like Olivia when you first meet her.

I like her, but she's another one like Eleanor who can be dangerous when you least expect it... *points to fork impaled in hand* Ahem. (Stoopid beautiful-fly...*grumble grumble*)

She was corrupted by the Aristocrats at a young, impressionable age.

Seems like the "Once upon a time" chapter sums everyone up.... I just wonder what her story is, I wonder what all they're stories are for that matter, sad thing is the seems to have some type of depression....even if it's just to get attention, it just isn't right for that age.
I tend to think her parents passed away and it's her way of releasing pain and trying to get parental style attention and praise.

Given that she's an orphan, it's highly likely that her parents passed away.
And her item in the final chapter is a fork on the table in the cafeteria.

She probably used crying as a means to get attention to reinforce her status as ‘the baby’. She’s the youngest and most likely played that card to get her own way. Her adorable appearance but contrasting sinister mind made her one of the more intriguing characters to me.

You may be right, but a part of her might just be a natural crybaby.

Well as someone who used to be known as the crybaby I can't help but agree that she's probably doing it to get attention. I used to be a lot like Olivia always crying to get my way but then I'd turn into something completely evil when required. Seems like she's showing the early signs of Bi-polar disorder.

I like Olivia. Her crying tended to be a bit annoying, but she was young. I always thought it was so she would get attention. My youngest nephew is like that. His crying tends to be annoying too ;P

Yeah, on my current playthrough her crying is a tad annoying, especially since others are sleeping
