You would probably get a blank stare.
I didn't find any of the stalkers scary. Old Lorenzo was kind of creepy with the way he crawled so fast. I found the first and second stalkers from CT3 pretty sick, though after them the rest were a bit lame.

Fiona is very, very creepy in a certain ending... But other than that, I loves her. .__.
...not as much as Daniella though. n_n
I never thought Debilitas was creepy, just funny. =D
