Considering how curious Jennifer was when she go about exploring the airship, Gregory's House and the orphanage, to what extent do you think are the settings accurate? The airship and the orphanage are merged into one, but it seems she remembered the insides and mechanical works of the former location from head to tail (!)

I would not say her memory/dream scenery is overly accurate at all. Take Gregory's house for example. I really doubt it was that bad when she was there, but as a child, she remembers thinking that it was very rundown. Thus, in her twisted memory, it became horribly decipated(Ooh, look at the big word I learned from Fatal Frame: P).
And again, she was a child. Kids see things differently. Like, when she saw Hoffman putting Clara to bed, it seemed scary to her, and she thought that he was hurting her.

Just about everything in the game is symbollic-she could not remember everything clearly mostly.

Does Jennifer's imagination also encompass her perception of Hoffman as a pervert? She mentioned during her reading of Hoffman's diary that the imps that attacked her are part of her imagination, but what about Hoffman's sexual misconduct? Clara was exclaiming "How Dirty" at the beginning of the game, was she referring to Hoffman?

I've always thought her words after reading the diary had nothing to do with the imps and were directed to her misunderstanding Hoffman's actions. And I think Clara was calling Jennifer "dirty", similiar to all the adults.
