Lots of good stuff here, but problems also. I`ll try to focus on points that are important to the story. Because the game is a distortion of the past it is not possible to take it as anything other than that. First who is Joshua at the game`s start, Wendy no it`s Jennifer. Four reasons support this : in dreams the characters are frequently versions of yourself, Jennifer wore the boy`s clothes at the Gingerbread house, more importantly Joshua refers to himself as "the prince " Jennifer was the prince to Wendy`s princess. The boy`s face is always kept at least partially hidden, but check the very beginning on the bus the profiles of both are shown one just after the other, they match exactly . The reason Joshua tortures Jennifer is her guilt. I`m not sure but that the awful thing is the gun. ..continued.
The relationship of the characters to Wendy does not make much sense to me. In the game she is seen as weak, her rabbit and Joshua Bear are sacrificed by the others , even Amanda dumps on her, then she is revealed as their leader ?. Now putting this aside with an attempt to discover what happened in real life. If Wendy was the club`s leader would she allow her two precious possessions to be given as tribute ? Does not make sense. Even if one allows that the game`s view of Wendy represents Jennifer`s view of her until she discovered she was leader of the club. The sacrifices of rabbit and bear do not seem things Wendy would allow (especially the bear ) In the Once upon A Time Section,Jennifer remarks on how sad Eleanor was to lose her toy bird, there is also a stuffed goat referred to by both the male and female names. Apparently a toy bird and goat were offered up in real life. The bit about the dog up grave : . If this happened in real life and the girls then tortured her would they then soon make her club leader , out of desperation , due to the decline in estimation for Wendy? They would then have to see the club as a joke
